王冬梅,女,197811月,20057月毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院,获得硕士学位;20127月毕业于毕业于北京协和医学院,获得博士学位, 九三学社社员,副教授。2015-2016年获得国家留学基金委资助,前往美国德州州立大学生物科学研究中心公派访学。主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目3项,参与国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项课题(2011ZX09307-302)和国家科技支撑计划课题(2012BA139B02)。发表研究论文20余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文9篇,国家核心期刊11篇,获得省级科技鉴定成果及奖项2项。主要从事阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病的研究,目前研究重点为阿尔茨海默病的发病机制和治疗,主要研究领域为:(1)能量代谢、氧化应激、免疫/炎性机制、细胞凋亡与阿尔茨海默病发病的相关性;(2)探寻神经营养因子对神经元的营养和损伤修复作用及在阿尔茨海默病中的应用;(3)寻找具有多靶点作用的中药单体。

1)心肌营养素对阿尔茨海默病转基因模型小鼠脑组织能量代谢的作用及机制研究。国家自然科学基金(U1304806),课题负责人
