药学学术学位硕士研究生培养方案

一、培养目

为适应我国国民经济发展和社会主义建设的需要,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的药学领域高层次专门人才。本学科培养的学术型硕士研究生应达到以下目标:

1.  坚持党的基本路线,热爱祖国,遵纪守法,道德品质好,立志为社会主义现代化建设服务。

2.  有良好的人文和道德素养,掌握药学领域内较坚实的基础理论和较系统的专业知识,具备一定的独立从事药学相关教学和科学研究工作或担负专门技术工作。

3.  掌握一门外国语,能够熟练阅读本学科及相关学科的外文资料并具有一定的听说读写能力,具备专业写作和学术交流能力。

4.  诚实守信,具有良好的学术道德和团队合作精神;身心健康,具备承担科学研究和专业技术工作的体魄和素养。有自主持续学习本学科知识技能等能力的高层次专门人才。

Objectives

To adapt to the needs of national economic development and socialist construction, this program is to train high-level specialized personnel in the field of pharmacy with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labour skills. The objectives of this program are as follows:

1.      To instill in students the basic line of the Party and the sense of attachment to our homeland, develop self-discipline and morality for socialist modernization;

2.      To help students gain a solid foundation in theory, systematically in-depth specialized knowledge of the discipline and practical operating skills; develop the ability of applying theories, methods and techniques of Pharmacy to solve practical problems; enhance the capacity of engaging in scientific research independently or undertaking specialized technical work;

3.      To enable students to master a foreign language and the ability of reading foreign reference materials of this discipline, possess the professional writing skills and academic communication skills;

4.      To cultivate the traits of honesty, integrity, good academic ethics and teamwork spirit; strengthen the physical and psychological development that are needed for scientific research and technical work;

二、学科简介及研究方向

药学是在人类与疾病斗争的过程中逐渐产生并发展起来的一门科学,具有悠久的历史。药学研究是为发现新药及保障药物安全、有效、可供、质量可控提供理论指导和技术支撑。药学学科研究涵盖药物研发、药物生产、药物使用、药物管理的全过程,是一门与应用密切相关的学科。面对人类防病治病的重大需求和随环境变化带来的人类疾病谱的改变,药学学科必须不断吸收相关学科的最新理论和技术方法,通过交叉融合,不断完善自身的理论和技术体系,同时拓展和建立新的研究领域。河南科技大学药学一级硕士学位点是在药理学二级学位授权点的基础上发展起来的,2012年被评为河南省重点学科,目前本学科点已经形成了药理学、临床药学、药物化学、药剂学等四个稳定的方向,且在药理学、临床药学方向有突出优势。

1.药理学  研究领域主要集中在:(1)肿瘤药理学,(2)分子药理学,(3)神经药理学,(4)临床药理学四个方面,主要围绕临床上消化道肿瘤、肝脏疾病以及阿尔茨海默病、心肌肥厚等疾病,开展新药设计以及机制研究,在基础研究和应用开发研究领域形成了良好的互动局面,在分子科学与生命科学深度交叉融合方面形成了鲜明的特色。

2.临床药学  研究领域主要集中在:(1)药物临床试验与评价,(2)治疗药物监测和临床合理用药,(3)药学信息与咨询。以药物防病治疗的合理性和有效性为基础,开展I期临床试验、临床治疗药物监测、药品不良反应监测、抗菌药物合理应用等工作;开展临床试验培训工作和临床药师工作,建立了基于HPLCUPLC-MS等分析检测技术整合的血浆药物浓度分析平台。

3.药物化学  研究领域主要集中在:(1)天然药物的药效物质基础研究,(2)合理药物设计、组合化学及构效关系研究两个方面。已成为豫西地区天然药物研究与开发的重要基地和服务平台。目前以豫西伏牛山区丰富的天然动植物药物资源为研究对象,在牡丹、柴胡、山茱萸、壁虎、蚯蚓等动植物药的开发研究方面取得突破性进展。

4.药剂学  研究领域主要集中在:(1)肿瘤分子药剂学,(2)口服缓控释给药系统,(3)靶向给药系统,(4)功能材料设计及应用4个方面,主要围绕肿瘤治疗分子机制、肿瘤靶向制剂、增加难溶性药物口服生物利用度、pH/温度敏感高分子材料设计及应用等,进行新剂型构建及机制研究,在基础研究、应用开发等领域形成了鲜明特色,成为药剂学高层次人才培养、学术研究、成果转化的重要基地。

Disciplinary Introduction and Research Areas

Pharmacy is a science that has gradually emerged and developed in the process of human and disease struggle, and has a long history. Pharmaceutical research provides theoretical guidance and technical support for discovering new drugs and ensuring that drugs are safe, effective, available, and controllable. The pharmacy research covers the whole process of drug research and development, drug production, drug use, and drug management, and is a discipline closely related to application. With the major demand for human disease prevention and treatment and the changes in human disease spectrum brought about by environmental changes, the pharmaceutical discipline must constantly absorb the latest theories and technical methods of relevant disciplines, and constantly improve its own theory and technical system through cross-integration. At the same time expand and establish new research areas. The first-level master's degree in pharmacy of Henan University of Science and Technology was developed on the basis of the second-level degree authorization point of pharmacology. In 2012, it was rated as a key discipline in Henan Province. At present, the discipline has formed four stable research fields of pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutics, and has outstanding advantages in pharmacology and clinical pharmacy.

1Pharmacology

The research fields mainly focus on the following aspects: (1) oncology pharmacology, (2) molecular pharmacology, (3) neuropharmacology, and (4) clinical pharmacology, mainly focusing on clinical digestive tract tumors, liver diseases, and Alzheimer's disease, cardiac hypertrophy and other diseases, the development of new drug design and mechanism research, formed a good interaction in the field of basic research and application development research, forming a distinctive feature in the deep integration of molecular science and life science.

2Clinical Pharmacy

The research fields mainly focus on the following aspects: (1) drug clinical trials and evaluation, (2) therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical rational drug use, (3) pharmaceutical information and consultation. Based on the rationality and effectiveness of drug disease prevention and treatment, phase I clinical trials, clinical treatment drug monitoring, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and rational application of antimicrobial agents, etc. Clinical trial training and clinical pharmacists were carried out, and a plasma drug concentration analysis platform based on HPLC, UPLC-MS and other analytical and testing technologies was established.

3Medicinal Chemistry

The research fields mainly focus on the following aspects: (1) pharmacodynamic material basis of natural medicines, and (2) rational drug design, combinatorial chemistry as well as structure-activity relationships. It has become an important base and service platform for research and development of natural medicines in Western Henan. Currently the rich resources of natural medicines from animals and plants in the Funiu Mountain area of Western Henan are taken as research objects. Breakthroughs have been made in the development and research of animal and plant medicines such as tree peony, Bupleuri Radix, Corni Fructus, gecko, and earthworm.

4Pharmaceutics

The research fields mainly focus on the following aspects: (1) molecular pharmaceutics, (2) oral sustained and controlled release drug delivery system, (3) targeted drug delivery system, and (4) design and application of functional material. The research was committed to construct new dosage forms and study the mechanism about the molecular mechanism of tumor therapy, tumor targeted preparations, increasing oral bioavailability of insoluble drugs, and the design and application of pH/temperature sensitive macromolecular materials. The subject has formed its own characteristics in basic research, application and development, and to be a important base of high-level talent cultivation for pharmaceutics, academic research, achievement transformation.

三、培养方式与学习年限

本学科硕士研究生培养实行导师负责制,采用导师个别指导或导师组集体培养相结合、课程学习和论文研究工作相结合的方式。

全日制硕士研究生学制为3年,最长不超过4年。

满足提前毕业条件的,可以申请提前毕业

Education Mode and Length of Program

    This program follows the mode of tutoring system, and adopts the method of combining individual tutors' guidance or group tutors' training, curriculum learning and thesis research.

The length of program for full-time master's degree: 3 years, or no more than 4 years.

The candidate who meets the conditions for early graduation may apply for early graduation.

四、课程设置及学分要求

1.课程设置

本学科硕士研究生课程由学位课、非学位课组成,原则上在两个学期完成。

1)学位课

学位课包括公共必修课和专业基础课。

学位课均为考试课,考核方式为课堂笔试(含闭、开卷),成绩由考试、平时作业和考勤等综合评定。

2)非学位课

非学位课包括普通选修课和能力训练课程。

非学位课为考查课,考核形式可以是课堂笔试、口试、提交课程论文或报告(含总结、综述、心得体会等)。

跨学科、跨专业或以同等学力身份入学的硕士研究生,应补修2-3门本专业或相近专业的本科生课程。补修课程由导师确定,可通过自学或随本科生听课方式学习,须考核并记录成绩,但不计入课程学分。

    2.学分要求

1)总学分不少于30学分。其中,课程总学分不少于27学分,科研素质培养(必修环节)应修满3学分。

2)学位课不少于15学分,非学位课不少于12学分。

3)学位课中,公共必修课应修满7学分,专业基础课不少于8学分。

4非学位课中,普通选修课不少于10学分,其中专业英语课为必修课(2学分);能力训练课不少于2学分。

有关课程其他未尽事宜按照《河南科技大学研究生课程教学管理规定》(河科大研[2017]25号)文件执行。

Curriculum System and Credit Requirements

1.      Curriculum structure

The master's degree courses for this program are composed of degree courses and non-degree courses to be completed in two semesters.

(1)   Degree courses

Degree courses include public compulsory courses and professional basic courses. Degree courses are all exam courses requiring written examination in class (including closed and open papers). The results are evaluated comprehensively by examinations, homework and attendance.

(2)   Non-degree courses

Non-degree courses include general elective courses and competency training courses.

Non-degree courses are examination courses. Examination forms can be written examination, oral examination, submission of course papers or reports (including summary, summary, experience, etc.). The students who are enrolled in an interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary or equivalent academic capacity should take 2-3 undergraduate courses in their own or similar majors. The remedial course is determined by the tutor and can be studied by self-study or by attending the undergraduate course. The results must be assessed and recorded, but not included in the course credits.

2.      Credit requirements

(1)   The program requires a minimum of 30 graduate credits, among them, the total credit of the course is not less than 27 credits, and the training of scientific research quality (compulsory link) should be completed with 3 credits.

(2)   Professional degree courses require a minimum of 10 credits, non-degree courses not less than 12 credits.

(3)   Of the degree courses, the public compulsory courses should be completed with 7 credits and professional basic courses with no less than 8 credits.

(4)   Of the non-degree courses, the general elective courses require a minimum of 10 credits, of which the specialized English course is compulsory (2 credits) and the ability training course is no less than 2 credits.

For any matters not mentioned herein, please refer to the “Regulations on the Teaching and Management of Postgraduate Courses of Henan University of Science and Technology” (No. 25 [2017], issued by Henan University of Science and Technology).

五、科研素质培养

科研总结能力培养环节的考核包括开题考核和中期考核,具体依照《河南科技大学研究生学位论文选题及开题工作的规定》(河科大研(201518号)、《河南科技大学研究生中期考核暂行规定》(河科大研(201519号)相关规定执行。

科研创新能力包括研究生参加学术活动等。硕士生在申请论文答辩前应参加校级(地厅级)以上单位或本学科学术团体组织的学术报告会不少于3次。创新能力的考核方式为考查,其形式是提交会议论文、会议邀请函、大会报告等参加会议的相关证明材料和1篇总结报告为考核依据。

Cultivation of Scientific Research Quality

The cultivation of scientific research quality is a compulsory section of this program, developing the abilities of scientific research report writing and scientific research innovation.

The assessment of the ability of scientific research report writing includes the opening examination and the mid-term examination, which are conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Selection and Opening of Postgraduate Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 18, [2015]) and the Interim Regulations on the Mid-term Examination of Postgraduates of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 19, [2015]).

The ability of scientific research innovation can be proved by the participation in academic activities, etc.. Candidate students should attend at least three academic conferences organized by institutions at or above the school level (prefecture level) or academic organizations of their own disciplines before applying for thesis defense. The assessment of innovative ability takes the form of submitting a registration form and a summary report for participating in the academic report.

六、学位论文

硕士研究生在修满培养计划所有课程学分后,即进入学位论文工作环节,包括开题、中期考核、学位论文预答辩及正式答辩等环节。

1.论文类型与形式

按照《河南科技大学研究生学位论文选题及开题工作的规定》(河科大研(201518号)、《河南科技大学学位论文文字重复的处理规定》(河科大研[2017]29号)相关规定执行。

2.开题与中期考核

按照《河南科技大学研究生学位论文选题及开题工作的规定》(河科大研(201518号)、《河南科技大学研究生中期考核暂行规定》(河科大研(201519号)相关规定执行。

3.学位论文答辩

硕士研究生学位论文的答辩申请程序包括:预答辩、查重、论文评阅、答辩等环节。各环节工作按照《河南科技大学研究生答辩管理办法》(河科大研[2017]32号)、《河南科技大学学位论文文字重复的处理规定》(河科大研[2017]29号)及《河南科技大学学位授予工作细则》(河科大研[2017]31号)等相关规定执行。

Dissertation

After completing all the courses of the program, candidates will enter the work of dissertation, including thesis proposal, mid-term assessment, dissertation pre-defense and formal defense.

1.      Type and format of the written manuscript

In accordance with the Regulations on the Selection and Opening of Postgraduate Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 18, [2015]) and the Regulations on the Repetition of Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 29, [2017]).

2.      Thesis proposal and mid-term assessment

In accordance with the Regulations on Selection and Opening of Postgraduate Dissertations of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 18, [2015]) and the Interim Provisions on the Mid-term Assessment of Postgraduates of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 19, [2015]), the relevant provisions shall be implemented.

3.      Thesis defense  

The application for thesis defense includes pre-reply, plagiarism check, thesis review, oral defense and so on. All defense works are carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Postgraduate Defense of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 32 issued by Henan University of Science and Technology), Thesis Plagiarism Regulation and Policy of Henan University of Science and Technology ( No. 29 issued by Henan University of Science and Technology) and the Detailed Rules for Degree Granting of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 31 [2017] issued by Henan University of Science and Technology).

七、学位申请与授予

硕士研究生修满规定的学分和完成学位论文后,可按有关规定开始学位申请与授予阶段的工作。硕士研究生在学位申请时,需要提供其攻读硕士学位期间能够反映其学位论文学术水平的社会评价材料。社会评价材料必须满足《河南科技大学研究生学术成果社会评价认定办法》(河科大研[2017]26号)的相关要求。

其他未尽事宜按照《河南科技大学学位授予工作细则》(河科大研[2017]31号)等相关规定文件执行。达到各项规定要求的,授予医学硕士学位,同时获得硕士研究生毕业证书。未达到学位授予条件而达到毕业要求者,准予毕业,获得毕业证书。

Application for Granting of Master's Degree

After completing the required courses and dissertations, candidates may start the application for master’s degree in accordance with the relevant provisions. When applying for a master's degree, candidates need to provide academic evaluation materials which can reflect the academic level of their dissertations during their study for a master's degree. Social evaluation materials must also meet the relevant requirements of the Regulations on Social Evaluation of Postgraduate Academic Achievements of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 26 [2017]).

   Other affairs not included hereof shall be implemented in accordance with the Rules for Degree Granting of Henan University of Science and Technology (No. 31, [2017]) and other relevant provisions. Those who meet the requirements of all regulations shall be awarded master's degree in Medicine or Science according to the category of enrollment and be granted the Graduation Certificate.
