Measures for prevention of new coronavirus among international students of Henan University of Science and Technology
1.密切关注在校留学生身体状况，如有发烧干咳等症状者，应立即向班长和辅导报告员报告情况，辅导员同时要向校医院报告情况。
Pay close attention to the physical condition of overseas students in school. If anyone has fever, dry cough and other symptoms, they should immediately report to the monitor and the counselor, and the counselor should also report to the school hospital.
2.教育学生加强身体锻炼，规律作息时间，注意防寒保暖，提高自身免疫力；注意寝室通风，加强空气流通，降低感染概率；注意个人卫生，戴口罩、勤洗手，咳嗽或打喷嚏时用纸巾或者衣物遮挡口鼻。
Remind students to strengthen physical exercise, not stay up too late, pay attention to cold prevention and warmth preservation, improve the immunity; pay attention to the ventilation of the dormitory, strengthen air circulation, reduce the probability of infection; pay attention to personal hygiene, wear masks, wash hands frequently, and cover the mouth and nose with paper towels or clothes when coughing or sneezing.
3.严格宿舍进出入管理，严格控制外出，不得参加各种聚会。严禁私自外出和离境。
Strictly control the entrance and exit management of the dormitory, strictly control the going out, and do not participate in various parties. It is strictly forbidden to go out of Luoyang or leave the country without permission.
4.保持良好心态。不恐慌，不造谣，不信谣，不传谣，正确认识疫情防控工作，合理安排好假期学习生活；对于散布谣言，引起恐慌情绪的行为，学校将按有关规定严肃处理。
Keep a good attitude. No panic, no rumor, no belief in rumor, correct understanding of epidemic prevention and control work, and arrangement of holiday study and life well; for rumor spreading and causing panic, the school will deal with it seriously according to relevant regulations.
5.听从返校安排。通知回国的同学，请不要提前返校，目前在中国其它城市逗留的同学，要按照当地政府和学校所在地政府的相关要求，在接到学校返校通知后，再返校。
