医学院留学生疫情防控工作承诺书
Commitment Letter for International Students of Medical College to Epidemic Prevention and Control
预防新型冠状病毒疫情，我做到：To prevent the COVID-19, I must do as the follows:
一、加强自身的防范。戴口罩、多开窗通风、勤洗手、多喝水、勤锻炼、注意咳嗽礼仪、远离密集人群，尽量与外人保持一米距离。
Strengthen personal prevention. Wear masks, open windows for ventilation, wash hands frequently, drink more water, exercise frequently, pay attention to the coughing etiquette, keep away from the crowd, and keep a meter away from the outsiders.
二、听从返校安排。在国外的学生，保证在洛阳疫情没有结束前，或没有接到学校、医学院的返校通知之前，坚决不购票返校或返洛。
Follow the back date of school arrangement. Students abroad won’t buy tickets to go back to Luoyang, until the epidemic is over or receive the notification from HAUST＆ Medical College.
三、接到学校、医学院开学通知后，学生可以订购返校机票。到校时，学生本人必须保证在“我i科大”APP留存最近16天以上的“报平安”安全记录，才能注册并参加正常教学活动。否则学校将按要求给予医学隔离观察，并给与纪律处分。
After receiving the Opening Notice of HAUST ＆ Medical College, students can book return tickets. When arriving at the school, the student must submit the safety record of "reporting your safety" on "APP我i科大" for more than 16 recent days continuously for registration and normal classes. Otherwise, the school will provide medical isolation observation and disciplinary punishment.
为了个人的身体健康，为了营造平安校园，以上要求悉知，本人承诺遵守，否则一切后果自负。
